Returns Policy
At Rise Over Grind all products are unique and produced only once ordered.
All returns are on a case by case, if you have ordered the wrong size, color or unfortunately changed your mind returns of this nature are not supported.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Rise Over Grind offers a reprint subject to acceptance and adherence to procedure, To get started go to your order confirmation email there you will find a link to the the returns department. This must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase. Please get in touch with our team via our contacts page if you are unable to find your email or have any difficulties. Our team is happy to assist you.
You may be asked to provide a photo or video showing all affected items together for confirmation.
Please be aware that Rise Over Grind is not liable for incorrect size or color choices made by the customer.
When it comes to direct-to-garment products, a 0.5" tolerance is accepted for print placement, meaning minor variations are not seen as defects.
Rise Over Grind is not responsible for orders that are lost or stollen.
